Ah the pain of style sheets and DIV tags. The reason that your site is putting the right column below the left nav is the lines of "*~*~*~*~". Trim those down or add spaces to them to bring the site back to normal.
Our web browsers think the "*~*~*~*~" is one long word and therefore can't wrap it.

IT'S INTERNET EXPLORER!!!!!
The site looks fine through Mozilla. I didn't know what you people were talking about so I opened it in IE, and voila - fucked upedness!
Mozilla rocks out all over IE seven days a week and twice on Sunday. Switch over.
