so, i thought steve and his geek friends would be all happy that kevin smith is making a sequel to clerks.

i was so, so wrong...

apparently, the geeks have been slamming it for days now:

we're not happy when people break their word. he said he was done with the view askewniverse, now it just looks like he's crawling back in shame after the poor reception of jersey girl.
