SoCal drivers
this morning, on our way to work, i noticed there was a smidgen of fog on the northbound 405.
in beautiful, sunny southern california, a little fog = big accidents. people just don't know what to do if there is any sort of precipitation. and god forbid there should be a downpour. (by downpour, i mean slightly harder than a drizzle). at least it doesn't snow here... we'd really be fucked then...
for some reason, we think we can drive the same speed (oh, between 85-90mph) whether it's clear, foggy or rainy.
and i can say this because i'm a socal driver. and asian and female. all i need is a benz. then i'd be the absolute worst driver in the world.
i'm a good driver, though. i just have that little road rage problem. i know, it sounds like an oxymoron, kinda like jumbo shrimp: good asian, female driver... but, no. really, i am. i don't care what y'all say.
i'm glad i turned anonymous comments off on this. that way steve can't make any smartass remarks. hehehe.

Grace, I am soooo feelin' you on this one! I, too was on the 405 this AM. And I, too have the road rage thing going. What drives me crazy are the people that freak out when the weather changes and feel that they can't drive above 35 mph. On the Freeway. In the fast lane. And people who can't merge. GET OFF MY FREEWAY! I am so glad you understand!
asian and female...now you just need to be yapping on the cell phone to make the picture complete.
i cuss out bad drivers at least once a day. people are just so careless.
HA! I say HA! to your woes. Try living in fucking Phoenix. During a mild overcast everyone on the I-10 gets all Chicken Little and causes multi-car pile-ups. And you'd think these people had never even seen water before when it stars to mist up during that annual three day monsoon.
thanks for the invite. i say no to phoenix. too goddamned hot! heh...
i didn't even know you got mist out there... strange.
